Exchange, Cancellation & Refund Policy – Cheapprintful

1. Order Exchange

🚫 No Exchanges:
Before placing an order, customers must confirm all details (size, design, quantity, address, etc.). We do not accept exchanges for incorrect selections.


2. Order Cancellation

Cancellation Timeframe: Orders can be canceled within 6 hours after purchase. After this, the order may already be processed.

💰 Cancellation Fee: 10% of the total order value.

3. Return & Refund Policy

📅 Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.

Eligible Return Reasons:

  • Product arrives damaged or broken

  • Incorrect size, design, or material

  • Product received is not as described

Non-Returnable Conditions:

  • Worn, washed, or modified items

  • Items without original tags/packaging

  • Minor issues like loose threads

📦 How to Request a Refund:

    • Order details & proof of purchase

    • Photos of the defective item

  2. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days.

  3. If approved, ship the return package with a trackable carrier.

  4. Send the tracking number or receipt to our email.

🚨 Important Notes:

  • Do NOT return items without prior approval – unapproved returns will not be refunded.

  • Customers bear return shipping costs.

  • If the return package is lost or damaged, we cannot issue a refund.

💳 Refund Processing:

  • Once received, refunds are processed within 2 business days (including the original shipping fee).

  • Depending on your bank/card issuer, refunds may take 10–15 days to reflect in your account.
