1. Order Exchange
🚫 No Exchanges:
Before placing an order, customers must confirm all details (size, design, quantity, address, etc.). We do not accept exchanges for incorrect selections.
2. Order Cancellation
⏳ Cancellation Timeframe: Orders can be canceled within 6 hours after purchase. After this, the order may already be processed.
💰 Cancellation Fee: 10% of the total order value.

📅 Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.
